Products were distributed in retail stores in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington. The products were in 6-count clear, plastic clamshell containers with a white, red, and green label and “best by” dates of 5/12/2010 though 6/05/2010. The tubs were mispackaged with lids describing the product as “Breyers® All Natural Cookies and Cream Ice Cream” and the tub portion describing the product as “Breyers® All Natural Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.” The product inside the tubs is “Breyers® All Natural Cookies and Cream,” which contains wheat. The mispackaged product was distributed through retail stores in these locations and adjoining areas: Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Trinidad.
